Women's Self-Defense

Are you interested in learning self-defense in a safe, supportive environment?  Eastern Defensive Arts Academy has the class for you!

Women ages 13 and up are invited to experience the power of their mind, body, and spirit in this fun, action-packed workshop teaching basic self-defense techniques!  All you need is a group of 6 or more women, two hours on a Saturday or Sunday, and some comfortable work-out clothes.

If you don't have a group, just contact us and we will put you in the next available session!
